Transformational leaders have their head and heart in alignment with the goal and vision of their business and ministry. Alignment is key. When there is a conflict between the heart and mind their is confusion and disorder in the processes and procedures in their systems. This is not effective and will cause disruptive problems within the leader's systems and organizations. Keep your heart and mind in alignment. That is the most effective, productive and profitable to place to be.
