ABOUT BILL BLANE
Magnificent Leadership Development Rooted in Faith & Wisdom
Bill Blane is a transformational leader, coach, and founder of New Gates LLC, dedicated to equipping Magnificent True Father Leaders—men and women who lead with both mind and heart in alignment with Father God. Sounds simple but often we need guidance and counsel to achieve.
With a background in civil engineering and decades of executive leadership in construction and real estate, Bill brings seasoned wisdom, integrity, and practical insight to leadership development. After founding and leading a successful commercial construction firm for more than twenty years, he transitioned from building structures to building people—helping leaders grow in clarity, character, and calling.
Through consulting, coaching, and mentoring, Bill partners with leaders across corporate and nonprofit sectors to become high-performing, transformational influences in their organizations, communities, and families.
Anchored in his faith, Bill believes God is his foundation and Heavenly Father. His greatest desire is to leave a generational legacy rooted in Jesus Christ. Bill and his wife of over forty years, Ann, are the proud parents of four children and grandparents of six, and family remains central to all he does.
